The breakfast was amazing. Everything was delicious. The restaurant space is a bit small which wasn't a problem except for the last two mornings. I guess they had more guests during Easter break.

The staff was great. They were always attentive. The manager was very nice and helpful. We were leaving for 2 days to Santa Marta and he helped us with leaving our luggage at the hotel and getting our week of clothes washed. The breakfast buffet was amazing. The hotel is very clean, modern, and centrally located. In addition, we felt very safe because each guest's hotel key will only work to go the floor their room is on and the public areas, NOT the other room floors..

The hotel's location is truly unbeatable. Situated in the heart of the city. The rooms are consistently well-maintained and spotlessly clean, creating a comfortable and inviting atmosphere. The housekeepers are friendly and accommodating, always going above and beyond to ensure that guests have a pleasant and memorable stay. The restaurant is a real standout, with staff that are not only attentive and kind, but also knowledgeable about the menu and able to make excellent recommendations. It was the best stay we had amongst 3 different hotels between Barranquilla and Cartagena. Cleanliness, comfort, location and breakfast, all items with full delivery. Excellent place to be. Will go back to the Holiday Inn franchises anywhere in the world. They even have a lounge with working computers which was very handy for me.
